I got two rooms to see my grandkids. My son arrived first and called to tell me he didn’t want the kids even walking on that carpet. I was charged for the two nights and we didn’t even stay there.

Breakfast was horrible. They didn’t have any scrambled eggs. They only had hard boiled eggs. They mainly had waffles, but even like that there was a big line for the limited amount of machines to make it. One person would make about 7 pancakes then another 5 pancakes. By the time we ate an hour had gone by. I asked for a towel and this man came in telling me they had no towels. How the hell do you not have any towels. Our sink was leaking so I had to brush my teeth in the tub. The water from the sink was white! Not even clear. Don’t be fooled by the pictures you see here. The bed was warped in the middle. There was no tv channels and the remote wasn’t working. If you pull up all the bed sheets, you will see a yellow bed with stains that look like drops of blood or rust. Oh and one of our towels had a stain which is why I asked for a new towel, but they told me they didn’t have any. The latch on the door was broken and so was the window. Really felt like I was in the ghetto.

Worst nightmare! Wish I took pics.

First time booking with La Quinta and Iwas so disappointed. I’m not sure if it’s just the location or management but i didn’t feel welcomed when I first walked in. Two employees were at the front desk but neither acknowledged my presence. They were speaking in their language and even when I stated that I had reservations they continued to speak to each other in their language like I wasn’t even there. When they finally acknowledged my presence they still looked like i was interrupting what ever i walked into. Besides rudeness, the facility has a foul smell as we walked to our room which was out doors. When we opened our room the room also has a foul smell. I had to ask for some kind of air fresher and more towels (our room only had 2) since my reservation states 3adults and 2 children. I had to wait for about 15 mins cause they didn’t have any towels ready. Then lastly the bathtub felt like it was in the middle of the ocean. I guess with the crack between the tub and the wall, water was filling the bottom of the tub. We had to use the towels to soak up the water seeping out. You can literally hear the water splash under the tub and feel the motion of the water. I felt seasick taking a shower. I reported it to the front desk and they came and saw how bad it was. They again spoke in their language and finally said they didn’t know about it. How could other guests stay there and not report it. Maybe they did and just didn’t do anything about it. Very poor facility and maintenan

Sleeping on the floor would be better. Mattress was awful! Shower head sprayed onto the floor from the pipe. Found a press on nail in the bed. Poll house are 24x7 I guess, people screaming and yelling until around 1am.

This place is absolutely disgusting and looks nothing like it is pictured on the website!.I wish I would have taken pictures! The beds had air all over them the TV didn’t work at all the walls have red stuff splattered all over it and it had roaches!! please do not book here it will be a huge mistake!

This place should be shut down.

The guy counter was only this nice about this hotel. This was the most nasty, unsafe, miserable, misleading hotel I ever stayed. I want my money back. Will never stay in a la Quinta inn again. And any other hotel associated with them. How do I spray Lysol and you still smell cigarettes smoke. I was sick to my stomach the next morning. If it wasn’t so late when k got in I would left. Had spend money on another hotel the next morning couldn’t take it.

Never again.

The blanket was dirty, there were bugs in the room, and the overall cleanliness was terrible. The photos online made it look nice and like a hotel. This was a motel, where the doors open to the outside.
