Duplex Los Tinos II 34 is a beautiful accommodation for 2 with a large private terrace, and access to a communal swimming pool, located in the quiet residential complex of Sonnenland, in the south of Gran Canaria.
This holiday home's ground floor offers a spacious living room with dining area, a comfortable sofa, high-speed internet, Smart TV and a small bathroom with shower, as well as a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and all kitchen utensils you may need for a comfortable stay.
The best part is its private terrace with lots of space, with an outdoor shower, a built-in barbecue to enjoy meals al fresco, chill out at the semicovered area or sunbathe.
On the upper floor, there is a bathroom with shower and a minimalist master bedroom with a double bed and a wonderful walk in dresser that provides plenty of space, perfect for long stays!.
This area of the island is blessed with endless hours of sunshine throughout the year!

The Sonnenland residential area offers many facilities: supermarkets, pharmacy or restaurant are just a few meters away on foot. Just a few minutes by car is Holiday World, a fantastic amusement park with a wide variety of cuisine and entertainment. The beaches of Maspalomas or Playa del Ingles are only 5 minutes away by car. Both the Gran Canaria airport and the beaches of Mogán or Puerto Rico are about a 20-minute drive from the duplex.

A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.

This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
One dog is allowed paying a 100€ fee per stay
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
A deposit of 200€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
