Villa El Flamboyan in Maspalomas Golf is a cosy and spacious property with a private pool, terrace and garden, it can accommodate up to 8 people and it is located right by the Maspalomas golf course.

This wonderful villa offers our clients the possibility of spending a dream vacation in an incomparable setting of the south of Gran Canaria with access to its golden sand dunes and its spectacular 18-hole golf course.

Villa El Flamboyan counts on 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with shower, full equipped kitchen, living room, large terrace with garden and private pool (heatable at an extra cost). It also has a snooker room in the basement with pool table and darts.

The main bedroom has a double bed, while the other 3 are equipped with single beds. All of them are provided with a fan, mosquito nets, windows to the garden and spacious wardrobes. The two bathrooms, are meant to be shared by every two bedrooms, they are equipped with shower, hairdryer, bidet and towels.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, double fridge, freezer, toaster, kitchen utensils and dishwasher. It connects with the living-dining room for the convenience of our guests and it has direct access to the garden and pool through the utilities room.

Its wonderdul terrace area will not leave you indifferent; It has a roofed part with dining table and BBQ, plus views over the golf course and the dunes of Maspalomas. The great spacious garden surrounds the pool and the solarium with a side chill-out area. Enjoy the long hours of sunshine on your sunbed in this gem a the south of Gran Canaria.

Villa El Flamboyan has private parking for our clients and it's located just 3 minutes by car from the popular tourist areas of Maspalomas and Playa del Inglés, where you will find a wide range of restaurants, shops and services such as supermarkets or pharmacies.

Mogán beach is 20 minutes away by car, the Gran Canaria airport is about 30 kilometers away, and you can reach the Maspalomas dunes natural park on foot, a biosphere natural reserve.

VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The minummum number of rooms open will depend on the number of adults involved in the reservation. For example, 4 people = two rooms, 6 people = 3 bedrooms and so on. Should you wish to use all rooms with a lesser occupancy, please note that the price will be increased.

The minimum number of bedrooms opened will be determined by the base occupancy, in this case, a minimum of 3 bedrooms will be open for an occupancy of 1 to 6, if you want the 4th bedroom open with a lesser occupancy, you will still have to book for the max cappacity which is 7-8 people.

The services included in the price are:

Welcome and personal key delivery until 20.00.
We provide bedding and towels to be changed for reservations of 8 nights or more, which will be delivered to your villa without the need to request them.
A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.


Conditions

This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
A deposit is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
