The apartment is bright, quiet, and designed for year-round comfort. It features two bedrooms – one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. New, soundproof and thermally insulated windows ensure a restful night’s sleep even in the lively centre of town, and ceiling fans help keep the indoor temperature naturally pleasant.

The bathroom is modern and includes a spacious walk-in shower. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, and everything you need for a self-catered stay.

The private balcony overlooking the pool is a real highlight: a perfect spot for breakfast in the sun, relaxing with a good book, or enjoying an alfresco dinner in Gran Canaria’s famously mild climate.

The residential complex offers two communal swimming pools with sun loungers, a tennis court (bookable for a fee through the community staff), and a free parking area. Please note that spaces are not assigned – parking is on a first-come, first-served basis, and availability may be limited during busy seasons or special events. The complex also benefits from 24-hour on-site security.

A portable baby cot is available on request for families with young children.
