We had a great stay here! Quiet and nice to have a morning walk by the marina. We told them we were celebrating our engagement and they left us a sweet surprise in our room. The staff was exceptional and happily helped with anything you needed. Gym is small with minimal equipment. Both pools are in great condition with comfortable chairs which was an added bonus. Rooms and bathroom were very clean and comfortable!

Best Western Islands Plus Hotel on Shelter Island

Upon entering the room there was a very strong musty smell. The A/C was on and i believe the mustyness was a dirty filter or A/C was too old and should be replaced. The refrigerator had ice build up on the door shelf and bottom shelf. The refrigerator was behind a cabinet door which was broken. The carpet was dirty and damp. Will not stay here again. Blue Wave and Grill food was very good and reasonable prices.

The pool was great and the staff was extremely nice and accommodating.

We love staying here. This last time I was a little disappointed that our room had no coffee maker. There were also no chairs on our patio. We’ll be back though. Everyone has an off day so we’ll chalk it up to that!
