The rooms are very clean. The staff is friendly. The pool area is nice. It’s really close to the airport. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable and was kind of hard. Absolute stunning views. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful

The hotel was beautiful and in a great location. All downtown activities were within walking distance. The parking was easy to figure out and there were plenty of spaces.

There was a couple hairs in the bathtub. 3 out of the 5 elevators on south tower did not work the morning of Saturday 19th of July and it was somewhat chaotic.

Patrick at the Registration was very welcoming! I drove to San Diego for work! He knew from the traffic and the drive I looked discombobulated. I arrived late due to traffic and lane closures. In other words, I ran in traffic for 3 hrs. Without hesitation, he made my registration smooth and gave me directions to my room and open cafe to have snacks. That’s the way to greet guests!!!!
