There are charges for parking etc but that is to be expected in San Francisco. Great location and comfortable. The up charge for the view is worth it.

Great property if you have kids or want a convenient location for sightseeing. However, because it’s close to the piers and wharf, it’s always noisy and lots of populated. The neighborhood isn’t squeaky clean but the hotel does a good job trying to keep their property front clean.

I think it needs some updating. Staff were great. Stairwells needed cleaning. Definitely a family oriented place . Location is convenient and easily walkable to local attractions.

The outdoor games for the kids and the smores. We only got 1 bottle of water one night. Thought we should have gotten free water each day. Also smores should have been for each night you stayed.

It was amazing trip for us. Love that the hotel was walking distance to the fisherman wharf. The beds were clean and comfy! Kid activity. We are staying here again!!

Zephyr was fabulous for a family vacation! The lobby had games and s'mores for fun! Everything was walkable and we took full advantage of it. I would definitely stay here again. This has been a life long memory making vacation. Thanks!

I liked the games in the common areas. A lot of games for kids and kids to play with. Right on the pier with a great view and access to shops, fun, and food. A lot was worn out and needed replacing ie pool table, seating, corn hole bags, bed frames. AC want working well and there was mold in the bathroom and cleaning rags on the balcony. Not as pictures appeared

The booking said that there was breakfast daily but there is a restaurant on site that’s not open for breakfast and there is no breakfast included in the booking. The coffee machine in the room didn’t work and when checking in we had difficulty getting into the room as the number wasn’t clear. We loved all the games in the courtyard and the fire pits

We had a rattling nice 1 morning, I called the front desk, but no one showed up. Our coffee maker did not work, called the front desk and waited about 1 hour no one showed up so we went out for coffee.
