Toilet on the 4th floor closest to elevator was clogged every day-- need a plumber to fix that (not just use a plunger). Heat is difficult to adjust-- need a thermostat to set temperature.

Good customer service and amazing cleaning staff! You pay for what you get. However, the downside, no individual bathroom or bath, all shared. Great for a short weekend stay!
