The staff is good front desk and breakfast room. The housekeeping is not so great. If I requested towels or service it was done. Floors should be done daily as well as bathrooms. It was a good stay for me because I could walk to where my mother is currently being cared for.

Nice towels, sheets & comfortable bed, thank you. Lovely ambience on the exterior…until 11:39 both nights when guests had screaming matches in front of the rooms….first night lasted 4 hrs, second night only 2 hrs. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE & SCARY! Pet area required climbing through bushes to an area next to the freeway off-ramp. Further discomfort due to a homeless camp IN USE!! How is a guest supposed to feel safe with this??? It was reported & cleaned up, but the damage was done…. Nice breakfast options

Our stay here was great. The room was clean and quiet. The front staff I encountered were super friendly and inviting. I love that the room had a little back patio, only thing missing were a couple chairs to sit outside and enjoy the perfect OC weather in. I would absolutely stay here again.
