They have an affiliation with a parking lot that’s owned by Paseo Caribe so your walk to your rental car or vehicle is quite significant. Definitely not a good place to stay if you want to be even remotely close to the beach. It’s off of an inlet with a limited food selection and poor options and almost a maze to navigate. Don’t recommend.

Do NOT stay here. The door lock was broken when I arrived, the TV didn’t work, and there were ants by the sink. The room came with only 1 fork and 3 knives for 2 people, and I was told I couldn’t get more utensils because I “didn’t have a full kitchen.” “Room service” is only by request (never mentioned when booking), and the front desk was rude and dismissive about basic things like towels and pillows. I only got them after going to the manager—who staff even lied about, saying he wasn’t on site while he was sitting in the lobby. The room itself looks okay, but the service is awful and dishonest. Save yourself the headache—stay somewhere else.

El espacio en el cuarto bueno y con buena vista. Al abrir la pluma de la bañera tenía un liqueo que mojaba todo el piso de afuera. La plancha de ropa no servía. El parking muy confuso para llegar hasta el hotel. Se notó poco personal, aunque fueron amables.
