Everything was great.staff were helpful and grounds were immaculate! Only issue was most of the restaurants were closed on weekdays so we were forced to leave the property, order uber eats, or eat sandwiches from their marketplace shop.

We had a great and relaxing time at the Hyatt. The staff was super friendly and the hotel itself was beautiful. The pool was huge! Not at all crowded, and the beach was so calm and enjoyable at any time of the day. Lots to do in the area, especially El Yunque. Highly recommended!

The entire four days in Puerto Rico and at this Hyatt property was amazing. Everything was top-tier. I cannot express enough how warm and friendly and accommodating the staff was.

Balcony is spacious they offer staff with golf carts to take you where you need to be around the hotel. The staff is super nice and attentive. If your looking for somewhere private to stay this is the place, beach is on private property. The area in luquillo is good to hang out or have lunch/dinner during the day. Everything closes early not much late night food available outside of the hotel. 100/10 for this resort super luxurious. I had an amazing experience for my 26th birthday.

The hotel is beautiful! The buffet breakfast option has great selection but a bit pricey if you’re not someone that eats a ton. This hotel is a bit far from the airport and city so plan around transportation and/or rent a car.

This facility provided entertainment to their guest. It was nice to have dinner and listen to some music near the center of the hotel facility.
