This property was very dusty the curtains had lots of statins and the door was so dusty that when I wiped it with a wipe it was black the bathtub was so nasty and the carpet was very dirty the pool area was not very well token care of, the sofa machine took my money and the office did not help

I can see the restroom from here

I had requested inaccessible room. I was told that it was not accessible. At least there was no rolling shower or any accommodations like that. But the doorway into the bathroom is not even wider enough to get into with a wheelchair. When we talk to the person at the desk we were treated indifferently. There was no offer to help in any way or to make an accommodation. When we convey that we would like to cancel because we could not access the bathroom we were told that you would refund one night but not that night. Being a little friendly or offering a smidge of empathy would have been nice. But it was very impersonal.

The carpet near the bed smelled strongly of urine. Also, another guest was given our room, so they opened our door at 10:00 p.m. while we were in bed. The front desk person was completely unapologetic about these issues, even though I was very nice about it all. He just said, “so what do you want, to check out?” Since I did not have that option and needed to be there another night, he did let me change rooms. Although I wouldn’t stay here again, the upsides are that the pool is nice and clean, the location very convenient, and price is good compared to other motels in the area.

When you drive in, it gives off slight Bates motel vibes, but once we got in the room we were very happy. Very clean and spacious, the beds and pillows were comfortable and a quick 5 minute drive to downtown. We were only here for one nite.

The man who owns this hotel puts no effort into his character but does put a decent amount into his hotel. Outdated but clean enough rooms. There's a pool and hot tub, which we really enjoyed. I read the reviews and many are similar. This isn't a place to be treated like a person but it's a decent hotel with comfortable beds, a fridge, a microwave, some parking and a pool.

This was an awful experience. Flew in from Virginia. Dirty sheets, door lock had been broken like it was kicked in. Rocks propped open the attic which was above the shower. Took a shower and immediately after walking around, my feet were black. Front desk guy was absolutely awful, and got a little aggressive about us wanting a refund & to check out. We left, and turns out he didn’t check us out, and now I’m battling a refund through Expedia. I am extremely disappointed, and this put a huge damper on my vacation.

good stay, will book again

the outside is a little outdated compared to how all the hotels look around the area. but the inside was nice, super large pool! they let us keep swimming after we checked out. loved the shower. The workers were nice and was fast check in. only negative was the hot tub. it wasn't hot, it was more Luke warm.

We’ve stayed here before in 2021, and had a terrible stay. The neighbors were loud, and we had trouble sleeping. I booked here again not realizing it was the same hotel. Same issue, neighbors all around were loud and I had trouble sleeping. I appreciated the free parking, and the ease of the check in though. I will not book again.
