Hot tub was broken and I was not notified in advance or at the time check in. The hot tub was the only reason I booked a stay at this dump of a hotel. Furthermore, the bathroom was dirty and the thermostat was not adjustable, all you could do was turn it on or off.

Room and amenities were fine, clean and in pretty good shape overall. Room was as expected, good deal and good location. Wasn’t very full so wish they would spread out guests and not stack people upstairs over a downstairs room. Upstairs neighbor was a nightmare, banging furniture, doors and heavy walking for an extended time. That’s done but could be prevented by not stacking rooms when it’s slow

The most terrible hotel experience ever! I rarely write reviews, but I have to write one for this terrible place. First of all, the toilet was not working. When I tried to flush, it overflew and flooded the entire bathroom. Instead of fixing the problem promptly and apologizing for the inconvenience, they simply offered me a plunger to fix it myself! When I pointed out that it was their responsibility to maintain the facility, the owner gave me an extremely bad attitude. We booked this facility specifically for the hot tub they listed on the website. Turned out the hot tub was not even working. Instead of apologizing, the owner, again, gave me an extremely bad attitude and told us to check out and look for another hotel, at 9pm!!! The towels and sheets were not properly washed and had lots of stains. The room had very poor insulation. It was noisy all night from upstairs. Terrible place and terrible stuff! Definitely to be avoided. There are much better places for cheaper in the area.

This hotel is in a convenient location to Cal Poly and the downtown area. It was comfortable, clean and affordable for a quick trip to pick up my son for winter break. This was our second stay here and the staff has been friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.
