Downtown San Luis Obispo is nice

This hotel is very convenient near the downtown area of San Luis Obispo. You can easily walk around to eat and go out at night. The hotel is about 20 minutes from the beach but you will need to get an Uber.

DO NO stay here!!!! The guy at the front who I am Assuming is the manager was so disrespectful and rude. My sister asked him for different sheets because the ones in her room are dirty and he started going off on her and then saying things like “ I know your kind of people, who rent one room and sneak your whole family in” & other rude things like “you’re stupid”. Mind you, we rented 3 rooms with queen beds for 9 adults & 2 toddlers. He canceled all of our reservations. My brother in law forgot his ID there & when he went back to get it, He threw it outside, and when my sister went to pick it up from the ground, he flipped off my sister. I called expedia right away but he refused to give my sister a refund because HE wasn’t happy the way my sister talked to him!!

In town for a wedding and very convenient to all events, worked perfect for us. Staff was great and extremely attentive. The hotel is dated but the rooms were very clean- could use an upgrade but everything was functional, and in working order. Pool was great, hot tub was great and a nice view to go with it. It is a great value... you get what you pay for. We needed a place to sleep and relax in close proximity to downtown and the Inn was just that.

I won't stay here again. For the price, it wasn't worth it. There was what appeared to be a blood stain on the sheets. Beds were uncomfortable. Bathroom door would get stuck and not open easily. Person at the front desk was not friendly. He charged me $100 deposit without telling me. Just took my ID and ran my card with no communication.
