Okay for the weekend

Bed was horrible, felt like we were sleeping on a slope. Had to clean out shower drain because there was gobs of hair keeping it from draining. Think maintenance should clean out drains regularly.

Great budget friendly stay

I've stayed here a few times. The rooms are no-frills, but are consistently clean and comfortable. Front desk is helpful, plenty of parking, close to anything you need, and as a solo female traveler, I always feel safe here. I've stayed many places in this area (I have to trek back and forth from LA-Pismo frequently) and I wouldn't stay anywhere else in this price range.

Conveniently located by the 101 and extremely affordable for a one night stay. Free of charge ample parking was a bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful with suggestions for things to do. Unfortunately, the ice machine was not working. The bed was uncomfortable; half of the mattress was lumpy. The water pipes and bathroom had a slight unpleasant odor. The base of the toilet and overall floor could have been cleaner. Personally, wont be staying here again.
