The property is clean and well maintained. The staff are efficient and friendly. Lakeshore offers many activities to enjoy that are complimentary. Of course there's a resort fee but one has several choices to keep busy. I just wished check in time is 3pm instead of 4pm and check out is 12 pm instead of 11am. Why? 4pm is late in the day to do activities that require more time- golf or paddle boarding. Also, the boathouse doesn't open till 10 am where you check in if you want to do kayak or paddle board then you have to check out at 11am.

Property was nice, but was downgraded from a king cottage to double queen room because of overbooking and wasn’t told about it. Tried to only pass off waiving the resort fee instead of about $50 instead of the $200 from the downgrade at first. Had to call them out twice to get them to give the refund. Hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone else staying here.

Nice property but showing its age. They are stingy with toiletries. We had to ask for more tp, cleanex, shampoo, body wash. Front desk was not responsive so we would track down housekeeping. The water in the jacuzzi was yellow but the pool was clean. This was our third time staying here and probably our last.
