Duplex apartment in a closed complex with a HEATED SEAWATER SWIMMING POOL and a 12-metre HOT WATER RELAXATION POOL, in a very quiet neighbourhood and with a professional "OMADA" WIFI NETWORK, ideal for resting or teleworking. 10 minutes from two of the island's best beaches and next to a fishing village with fantastic local restaurants. The house is located in a small complex of 11 units next to the sea. The complex has two seawater pools and a freshwater pool, surrounded by an immense lawn garden. The adult pool is heated to 23°C. HOT RELAXATION POOL OF 12 METRES has freshwater at 36°C. The pool area also has showers and common bathrooms.



It is a two-bedroom duplex, both located on the upper floor, as is the full bathroom with a shower tray.



In the main bedroom there is a double bed, in the second one you can choose between two single beds or a double bed. It also has a sofa bed for extra people in the living room, recommended for children and teenagers.

The house is ideal for 4 people, although thanks to the sofa bed it is suitable for families of up to 6 people (2 adults and 4 children). For babies, we have a cot and high chair, of course, babies do not count as extra people.



The duplex is very bright, the main bedroom has a furnished terrace with views of the sea and the swimming pool. Thanks to the interior garden, the second bedroom is also very bright. In addition, natural light also reaches the main bathroom through the skylights.



The apartment is accessed through the small garden/terrace on the ground floor.



This first floor is an open-plan space where the living room, dining room and kitchen are located, as well as a small toilet.
