Modern and recently built villa located in the north of the island of Ibiza, in a quiet enclave in the mountains, surrounded by forest and just 2 km from the town of Sant Miquel de Balansat.



The plot has a total area of 34,000 m², and about 400 m² of living space spread over 2 buildings:



- The main house, which integrates two houses, has 4 double bedrooms, each with a full bathroom, 2 living-dining rooms and a kitchen.

- The guest house has 2 bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, kitchen and a large terrace.



The property is ideal for several families or couples who want to spend their holidays together, but without giving up their privacy. In total, the villa has 6 bedrooms (3 of them with a double bed and 3 with 2 single beds) and 5 bathrooms. The house has capacity for 12 people with total comfort.



It has several terraces and gardens, as well as a splendid pool magnificently illuminated at night. Around the pool we find a chill-out area, barbecue, gym equipment, covered porch with attached barbecue, outdoor shower, changing rooms and toilet.



Other services include: alarm, Wi-fi in all rooms and pool area, safes, air conditioning and ceiling fans, stereos with iPod connection (special equipment for pool area), security bars and TV via satellite. The house has an emergency code assigned for its quick location in case of needing the services of the police, firefighters or doctors and it is one of the very few houses in Ibiza with a defibrillator.



The outdoor area integrates large gardens on different levels. On the various terraces there are comfortable dining and seating areas. You can sunbathe on the sun loungers, or toast under the stars in a wonderful, intimately lit pool. In the nearby town of Sant Miquel de Balansat (2.4 km) you will find shops, restaurants, bars, pharmacy. One of the most emblematic beaches of the island, BENIRRAS, famous for its sunset and its drum party is only 15 minutes away by car. Ibiza town and the airport are about 20 minutes away. Distance.
