Just a short walk away, along a beautiful path, you’ll find the charming villages of Sant Llorenç and Son Carrió, where you can enjoy bakeries, restaurants, and cozy cafés. If you’re looking for something more urban, a 10-minute drive will take you to Manacor, Mallorca's second-largest city, with supermarkets, shops, and a lively atmosphere even in winter. And in just 15 minutes, you can unwind on the most beautiful sandy beaches in the island’s northeast.



The finca offers 111 m² of living space, featuring a spacious living room, a fully equipped modern kitchen, satellite TV (German channels), and high-speed internet — perfect even for remote work or video calls. There are two bedrooms with a total capacity for four guests and a partially renovated bathroom, making it an ideal option for one or two couples.
