Visitors can relax on a terrace with sun loungers and parasols, and there is also a bicycle parking space, ideal for those who want to explore the island by bike. The property offers a communal barbecue with gas cooker, ideal for outdoor dining. The site is fenced and has eco-friendly features such as solar panels and its own water well, making it ideal for those who appreciate sustainability. A rich breakfast is available for a surcharge and is served from 08:30 to 10:00.

The flat is located on a first floor without lift and has an outdoor terrace shared with another room, ideal for relaxing with your companions. The interior is designed for comfort and functionality. The living room has a TV and the kitchen, which is integrated into the dining room, is gas-fired. The master bedroom has four single beds and is tastefully decorated to create a cosy atmosphere. The bathroom has a bathtub and the property has oil central heating for colder days. In addition, a cot and high chair can be provided if you are travelling with a baby. There is a shared laundry area open from 9:00 to 13:00.
