Those looking for a rural house with plenty of peace and quiet will find it in this wonderful estate near the village of Sant Llorenc, halfway between the cities of Manacor and Arta on the east coast. The house is ideal for anyone seeking to escape the main tourist areas and enjoy the relaxed and authentic life of Mallorca’s interior.
Sprawled across two floors with approximately 180 m², the house consists of a cozy, beautifully decorated living room with satellite TV and a spacious dining room. The fully equipped kitchen is located near the dining area and offers access to a covered terrace shaded by large trees surrounding the house. There are three bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 single bed) and three bathrooms (1 shower, 2 showers over bathtub), all of which are ensuite. One of the bedrooms with a double bed is located on the first floor, and all bedrooms have their own air conditioning.
The highlight of this property is its beautiful and picturesque natural garden. Just a few meters from the house, beneath the shade of mature trees, you’ll find the 7m x 4m infinity pool (depth 0.80–1.80m, saltwater). Here, guests can soak up the Mediterranean sun in an atmosphere of peace and tranquility. Next to the pool is a terrace with an outdoor kitchen and dining table. The barbecue is a gas grill, and there is also a bathroom with a shower. Behind the pool area is a covered porch with a ping-pong table. On the other side of the house, there is a courtyard with a basketball hoop and a playhouse for children.
The location is perfect: the town of Sant Llorenc is just a 5-minute drive away, and the nearest beaches, such as Sa Coma and Cala Millor, are about 15 minutes away by car.
