Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were cleaned and serviced everyday. Great location with walking distances to the beach and State Street. Continental breakfast was nice as well!!

No elevators-ever heard of the ADA? Staff was friendly, front of the hotel was attractively landscaped and the rooms look as if they have seen much better days. They weren’t exactly shabby but they weren’t chic either. Ants in the bathroom and difficult television to work, but eventually a staff member fixed it.Continental breakfast was mediocre. Advertise the lack of elevators!

The Hotel building is very nice, however it needs updating ( Paint, carpets, etc ) Booking with expedia gets me less desirable rooms or locations!! My room was the# 19, the last one on the back of the building with the view of the alley and next door parking lot !! Front desk told me it was the last one available and that the hotel was all booked !! # 18 was empty !!

Great customer service. They made a last minute getaway special and they offered great personalized service. Their cocktail hour was a pleasant break in the day. Highly recommend taking advantage of their free bike rental especially being so close to the beach and the pier. The rooms are overall clean and very spacious. Loved our stay and will be back again. The pool and jacuzzi were in great condition and they offer a nice gym on site too. Just wish the jacuzzi was a tad bigger (only fits 6) but overeall great getaway.

Staff was very courteous and helpful. There was covered parking. Amenities were great, with wine and cheese happy hour the day we arrived and continental breakfast in the morning. The gym is very small, pool and jacuzzi was good. Room was clean!!

We loved our 2-night stay. The rooms are very large for the price you pay. You are only a few minutes walk from a lot of great restaurants, as well as the beach. We also enjoyed using the hot tub.
