The room is nice and very clean. We came up on the spur of the moment to see a SpaceX launch. The front desk manager was kind and gave me directions on where to go for the launch. All was good.

The place is awesome as well as the staff. We have everything we needed in our room. The breakfast was superb from all the many options. Our room was clean- bedsheets, pillows, towels, and most especially the bathroom. We are definitely choosing Holiday Inn Express in our future travels!

The room did not live up to the photos; basic amenities like tissues were missing, with only toilet paper provided. Upon arrival, I was told I had booked an accessible room, which was not the case. Despite the hotel clearly having vacancies, staff claimed they had no other options. To make matters worse, the front desk gave us the wrong key. After several failed attempts to enter, I asked for help, and the staff member simply swapped the key without offering an apology. We will not be staying here again!

It is a typical Holiday Inn Express that you come to expect. The breakfast room was small and was very crowded. There was only one employee managing and at times it got chaotic. The rooms were clean and well maintained, not very sound proof but decent.

They charged for several outgoing calls that we did not make. And the one we did make, we did not know there was going to be an outgoing call charge. It was never disclosed to us that outgoing calls are charged to us.
