CAN PAU Cozy countryside family home with pool, sea view and views to Formentera
Can Pau is a newly built house designed in the style of traditional Ibizan homes, featuring thick white walls and juniper wood ceilings. It is the ideal place to relax, with the sea in the background and spectacular views of the valley and the island of Formentera. There are no neighbors and no noise—only the sounds of nature. It enjoys a privileged location just 6 km from the village and the nearest beach.
The house is situated atop a mountain in a rural setting, near the village of San Carlos. Although it may seem secluded, it is only a few minutes’ drive from the village and Santa Eulalia. It is also very close to a wide variety of beaches along the east coast, such as Aguas Blancas, Cala Llenya, Es Figueral, and Cala Boix. Because it is situated at a high elevation, the house offers unbeatable views of the island with the sea in the distance.
The house has 3 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with twin beds (one of these can be joined or separated depending on each guest’s needs). There are two full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. All three bedrooms have air conditioning. The bedroom with the double bed also has access to the terrace.
The main living area of the house is spacious, bright, and airy, and includes the living room, dining room, and kitchen, all in an open-concept layout.
There is also a room that serves as a pantry and laundry room.
The kitchen features a long countertop with a gas stove and dishwasher, and is fully equipped. It also has a tap for drinking water, so there’s no need to buy bottled water. The kitchen has a door leading to the pool area.
The living room has a comfortable chaise longue sofa, a TV with satellite connection, and another door leading to the terrace.
The grounds surrounding the house are large and secluded; there are no neighbors nearby.
In addition to the pool area, there is a children’s play area with playhouses for the little ones. There is also a covered area with a barbecue and an outdoor table.
Ideal for families, romantic getaways, or simply a peaceful vacation in a unique setting.
