Lounge staffing needs improved. Only one bartender, server, and busser for a room of 75 customers. Explanation will be staff call offs, but we have stayed there a couple times for a few days and it has been the same all the time. Also, food orders whether in lounge or restaurant, or dinner, happy hour, or breakfast are slow. We find ourselves going elsewhere for food and drinks. This should not be at a high end hotel.
