Rural House 'Punyetes' with Mountain Views, Private Pool, and Wi-Fi

Close to Son Serra de Marina beach and the village of Santa Margalida in eastern Mallorca, the eco-friendly country house Can Punyetes sits on a 7,500 m² plot. It's an ideal starting point for kitesurfing, windsurfing, surfing, hiking, or cycling.



The house blends rustic charm with modern comfort and, thanks to its natural surroundings, offers a peaceful and private stay. All on one floor (110 m²), it features a cozy living-dining room with fireplace and pellet stove, high wooden ceilings, a fully equipped open kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds, 1 with 2 singles), and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 5 guests.



Amenities include Wi-Fi, board games, a crib, and a high chair.



Outside, you'll find a covered terrace with seating and dining area, barbecue in an outdoor kitchen, sun loungers, and an outdoor shower. The private pool (7 x 3 m) with open views is available from May to October.



The area is very quiet. Shops, restaurants, and bars are 6 km away (10 min by car) in Santa Margalida. Alcúdia Bay, with its long sandy beach, is 11 km (14 min) away.



Parking is available on the property. The house uses solar panels for electricity and hot water, and there are fans in all rooms, keeping it cool in summer.



Important: Two well-cared-for domestic cats live on the property. The owners require that they always stay outside; this rule is without exception. The cats have their own space outdoors and do not enter the house.
