In the front part of the house, we find a cozy furnished porch where you can enjoy the coolness on summer nights. Once we access the interior of the house, on the ground floor is located the large and bright living-dining room connected to the rear terrace, a bathroom with shower and the kitchen, equipped with everything necessary and also with sea views. On the first floor are located two of the bedrooms, one of them equipped with a double bed, sea views and a small terrace, while the other bedroom has two single beds, and the bathroom located on this floor has a wonderful and spacious bathtub in which to relax after a hard day of enjoying vacation. The third bedroom is located on the basement floor, which has two single beds and a bathroom with shower. On the other hand, in the basement floor you will also find a foosball table and a game area. Everything one needs to enjoy every moment of their vacation!



The house is equipped with air conditioning in the double room and in the dining room (cold and heat) and, during the winter months, you will be able to enjoy the warmth of the fireplace, all designed so that it is impossible to feel cold in winter and heat in summer.



The town of Son Serra de Marina has magnificent restaurants where you can enjoy excellent meals near the beach while breathing the sea breeze.
