Ungepflegtes Anwesen mit unzähligen Mängeln

Nach 20 Jahren Finca Erfahrung die mit Abstand schlechteste Finca. Aussenmobilar primitives Plastik und auch noch kaputt. Keinen Abend hätte ich dort verbringen wollen , Pool ohne Beleuchtung und wurde nie gereinigt . Innen alles primitiv, über das alte Sofa wurden nur weiße Leintücher drüber geworfen. Küchenutensilien längst nicht ausreichend. So was hab ich noch nie erlebt . Es gab keinen Brotkorb, Schüsseln oder Ähnliches. Nicht mal ein spülschwamm und Spülmittel war vorhanden. Wir kamen spät an, was durchaus bekannt war und nicht mal ein Wasser war im Kühlschrank. Rohrreinigung musste auch kommen, im Bad stand das Wasser. Hunderte tote Wespen Pool und jede Menge Lebendige. So was hatte ich auch noch nie erlebt . Spinnweben im Haus und die alten vergammelten Liegen am Pool hat auch schon lang niemand gereinigt. Es ist müßig, hier alles aufzuzählen.

Petit coin de paradis

Petite maison confortable dans un environnement paisible.(hormis le jardinier qui vient tondre la pelouse entre 18h et 19h30 alors que l'on est au bord de la piscine et les 5/6 coqs aux alentours - mais on est à la campagne donc rien à dire) La maison a le strict minimum. Quelques éléments cassés (chaise extérieure, grille pain, ...) Un seul éclairage dans la pièce principale au dessus de la table donc impossible de bouquiner dans le canapé le soir.Tous ces petits éléments n'ont en rien dégradé notre séjour sur place. Nous sommes isolés mais à proximité des commerces et restaurants (5/6 min en voiture) donc très pratique.Nous avions bien noté qu'il fallait payer sur place l'électricité mais nous n'avions pas lu (peut-être erreur de notre part) qu'il y avait une taxe touristique par jour et par personne à payer (30,80 pour 7 nuits à 2).Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, on vous recommande l'endroit.

Relaxing house

Perfect location, beautifull and quiet. Some things needs to be changed there are not in good shape: sofa and table (moving from side to other). Should put a double bed in one bedroom, the 4 beds are singles.

Gute Finca mit kleinen Mängeln

Preis- Leistung Verhältnis passen. Die Finca liegt ruhig und dennoch nah genug um mit dem Auto in 5-10 Minuten in den Ortschaften zu sein. Pool, Sitzgelegenheiten, Betten und Dusche sind gut. Negativ: Internet funktionierte die 2 Wochen nicht obwohl reklamiert. Strompreis 50€ pro Woche, die 23 KW/h je Tag sind unerklärlich. Zahlreiche Bäume in der Umgebung wurden gefällt weil krank, sieht etwas traurig aus. Und es fehlen Mückennetze an den Fenstern.

Urlaub in der Finca

Der Urlaub hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles war genau so, wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Jetzt haben wir noch ein paar Verbesserungsvorschläge: - Der Check-in-Vorgang wäre ohne Google-Übersetzer kaum möglich gewesen. - Etwas mehr Geschirr sowie Töpfe wären beim Kochen hilfreich gewesen. - Der Abfluss sowohl in der Dusche und im Waschbecken im Bad lief schlecht ab. - Wenn es ein Radio gegeben hätte, hätte man draußen auch etwas Musik gehabt. - Am vorletzten Tag ist die Sicherung ausgefallen, sodass wir kein WiFi mehr hatten, weil der Router nicht mehr startete. Man hat übrigens sehr nette Nachbarn, wenn man Tierfreund ist, Esel, Ziegen und Schafe auf den anliegenden Grundstücken, ein paar ganz niedliche Katzen kamen auch noch vorbei.

Schöne Finka in Mitten der Natur, ruhig und romantisch und doch nach an Can Picafort!

Also wir haben das erste Mal überhaupt ein Ferienhaus gemietet, daher waren wir noch unerfahren. LAGE Das Haus war wie beschrieben, lag ruhig und doch zentral. Mit dem Mietwagen waren wir in 10 Minuten in Can Picafort und am Strand. VERMIETER Der Vermieter war freundlich sprach jedoch nur Spanisch, aber mit Händen und Füßen war auch das kein Problem. Vor Ort fanden wir von Interchalet eine Informationsmappe auf Deutsch vor in der alles Wichtige beschrieben war. Der Vermieter hat uns bestimmen lassen, wann wir das Haus am letzten Tag verlassen, so dass wir es bis zur letzten Minute genießen konnten. EINRICHTUNG Die beiden Schlafzimmer waren jeweils mit 2 Doppelbetten ausgestattet, die man leider nicht zusammenschieben konnte, so dass wir getrennt schlafen mussten :(. In einem Zimmer war noch ein Babybett aufgestellt. Die Küche hatte alles was man braucht (bis auf Putzmittel und Schwämme). Große Spüle, Herd mit Backofen und Dunstabzugshaube, großer Kühlschrank mit großer Gefriertruhe. Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kaffemaschine, Spülmaschine und Toaster waren vorhanden und in Ordnung. Die offenen Schränke fand ich nicht so gut, da dort auch die kleinen Krabbler reinkönnen, die es auf dem Land nun mal gibt. Hätte mir gewünscht, dass der Küchenschrank fest verschlossen werden kann. Das Bad verfügt über eine große Dusche und ein großes Waschbecken, ein Bidet und eine Toilette. Außerdem war eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner vorhanden. leider waren diese nicht so gepflegt wie man es sich vielleicht wünscht, es gab Gerüche, die vermutlich von der Waschmaschine kamen. AUSSENBEREICH Der Pool war traumhaft! Sauber und ausreichend groß um ein paar Züge zu schwimmen. 4 Liegen waren vorhanden und Sonnenschirme. Die überdachte Terrasse war klasse. Leider waren von 4 Stühlen zwei defekt. Da wir nur zu zweit waren, war das kein Problem. Die zweite Sitzgelegenheit war in Ordnung. In einer Abstellkammer hinter der überdachten Terrasse befanden sich diverse Putzutensilien und ein Wäscheständer, den wir regelmäßig genutzt haben. Traumhaft war das riesige Grundstück mit verschiedenen Bäumen. Auf den Nachbargrundstücken gab es viele Tiere, Esel, Ziegen, Schaafe, Hühner usw. Wir fanden es idyllisch inmitten der Natur. Man hatte abends einen traumhaften Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang über den Bergen. Wir hatten die ganze Zeit unsere Ruhe, was wir uns gewünscht haben. Niemand war da der uns gestört hat, wer es einsam mag, wird das Häusschen lieben!
