Every Friday, there is a market in town. Visit the old town of Alcúdia and Pollença or enjoy the spectacular views from the Formentor Lighthouse.



Enjoy the private saltwater pool, measuring 4 x 2 meters and 1.5 meters deep, equipped with a secure closing system for children, allowing you to relax while the little ones play safely. The garden, with its well-maintained artificial grass, invites relaxation and outdoor entertainment, with two comfortable sun loungers for sunbathing and an elegantly furnished porch, equipped with a dining table and an electric awning for enjoying delicious outdoor meals. For the little ones, a complete set of equipment is provided, including floaties, balls, and pool toys, as well as a practical outdoor shower to cool off after a fun day in the sun.



Inside, you will find a bright and spacious kitchen fully equipped with an oven, induction cooktop, microwave, cooking utensils, kettle, filter coffee maker, and Nespresso machine, ensuring your culinary needs are met during your stay. The dining area opens to the living room, providing a cozy atmosphere for family meals, while the comfortable sofa and flat-screen Smart TV invite you to relax and enjoy a family movie night. Additionally, high-speed WiFi is available for those who need to work or stay connected during their stay. The villa has centralized air conditioning on the ground floor and an air conditioning unit per bedroom, ensuring a cool and comfortable environment at all times. On the ground floor, you will find a bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds, both with access to the terrace, as well as an en-suite bathroom with a shower in the master bedroom and another independent bathroom with a bathtub.



For added convenience, a washing machine, iron, and ironing board are provided, ensuring you have everything you need during your stay. Additionally, the little ones will enjoy a playroom equipped with a variety of toys, located on the ground floor for their entertainment. As required by law, we need to ask for copies of the ID cards or passports of all guests over 16 years old. We will send you a link before your arrival to register.



In the Balearic Islands, there is a tourist tax called Ecotasa, which must be paid for each guest over 16 years old. The amount is €2.2 per night per person in high season (May to October) and €0.55 per night per person in low season (November to April). From the ninth night onward, this amount is reduced by half (during the high season).



The security deposit will be held through a credit card, and the guest will need to provide their details via a secure payment link. It will be refunded within 7 days after departure.
