Around the house, several terraces invite you to linger. One of them is covered and provides direct access to the kitchen - ideal for cozy meals outdoors. Right next to it is a brick grill that invites you to cook and enjoy together in the garden.
In the adjacent utility room, a washing machine and an additional shower are available to you. For the transitional period, four mobile heaters provide cozy warmth.

The picturesque fishing harbor of Cala Figuera and the restaurants along the harbor promenade invite you to linger. There are also two small supermarkets. You can reach the beach of Cala Santanyí by car in 5 minutes or on foot in about 20 minutes. Santanyí is located about 4.5 km away, a traditional Mallorcan small town with restaurants, shops, and a historic center, where a very popular market takes place twice a week.
