Villa in a superb seafront location with direct beach access via a metal ladder. The beautiful sandy cove of Cala Egos, 200 meters away, can be reached in a few minutes via a path through the rocks.

Egos 89 is a two-story semi-detached house consisting of two units, one of which is rented. The other half of the semi-detached house is unoccupied. The ground floor entrance hall leads to a dining room. Sliding glass doors open into a conservatory with another dining table, sofas, and partial sea views. Adjacent to the dining room are the kitchen and the living room, which also offers a lovely view across the pool terrace to the bay. From the living room, you can access a bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite shower room. Also on the ground floor are a utility room, a guest toilet, and access to the garage, which leads to the pool terrace. The first floor has four further bedrooms. The master bedroom features a double bed, dressing room, and en-suite bathroom with separate shower and a terrace overlooking the sea. The three remaining bedrooms—one with a double bed and two with twin beds each—share a bathroom.

The pool is surrounded by a lovely sun terrace and plants and, like the rest of the house, offers stunning sea views.

Overall, Villa Egos 89 is a nice, spacious house in a good location. But there is much that should be improved. Many light bulbs do not work, the dishwasher is defective and is held together with rubber bands. Pots, pans and knives are of poor quality. The coffee machine is in poor condition. A noisy pump in the basement starts every morning at six o'clock, and disturbs a lot. The light in the pool does not come on in the evening, but only at one o'clock in the morning, and goes off again at three o'clock. Annoying if you want to use the pool in the evening.

Schöne Finca an aussichtsreicher Lage

Schöne Aussicht auf die Bucht Cala Egos. Für Familien zu empfehlen. Es sind Kleinigkeiten, die nicht ganz gepasst haben: Türen oder Fenster lassen sich nicht oder schlecht schliessen, was insbesondere bei Durchzug etwas stört. Auch hätten wir eine Spülbürste, ein paar Geschirrspültabs, Kaffeefilter oder Salz und Zucker in der Küche erwartet. Wir haben aufgerüstet, vielleicht ist nächstes mal noch etwas da.
