This beautiful finca in Santanyí welcomes 10 guests.
Enjoy the Mediterranean climate and relax in this spectacular villa that has everything you need to make your holiday unforgettable. There is a private chlorine pool measuring 12m x 6m with a depth of between 1.20m and 1.80m and an outdoor shower where you can cool off after a day of sightseeing around the island. The swimming pool is surrounded by a garden with ten sun loungers, a play area for children, a ping-pong table and a tennis court. There is also a porch where you can eat or have a drink, an outdoor bathroom and a table where you can enjoy a dinner under the stars.

The interior of the house, which combines traditional elements with more modern ones and is distributed over two floors, is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. On the main floor you will find a living-dining room equipped with AC and satellite TV and an independent kitchen with induction hob and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it is time to sleep, there are 6 bedrooms, five of them with AC. On the ground floor there are two of them: the first has a double bed and en suite bathroom with shower, while the second has two single beds. On the first floor there are three further bedrooms, two of which have two single beds and the other has a double bed. All of them have an en suite bathroom with bathtub. A bathroom with shower completes the house. In an annex building you will find the sixth bedroom, which has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with whirlpool bath, as well as a living room and a kitchen with ceramic hob. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair.

The finca is located in Santanyí, a charming village known for its pristine beaches, stunning natural scenery, traditional architecture and relaxed, laid-back atmosphere. We encourage you to explore its historic centre, made up of narrow cobbled streets and stone houses, perhaps while stopping off at a good restaurant to sample the local gastronomy. If you feel like enjoying a day of sun and sea, don't hesitate to visit the beautiful beach of Cala Santanyí or Cala Mondragó, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island thanks to its crystal clear waters, fine sand and the impressive nature reserve that surrounds it.
