The villa La Gata de Los Gigantes offers the VERY BEST VIEWS of the sea and the famous cliffs.


It features two sunny terraces (140 m²) and a small private heated pool with a saltwater system, perfect for relaxing and enjoying complete privacy.


Inside, it provides 150 m² of bright, comfortable, and spacious living space. It offers three double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, a spacious living room, a separate dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances.


All interior spaces offer direct ocean views.



The space


The villa is fully equipped for a comfortable and truly relaxing stay. With panoramic views of the ocean and the cliffs, it invites you to slow down and enjoy the essence of Tenerife. It is ideal for families, groups of friends, remote workers, and guests seeking space, privacy, and activities such as yoga, meditation, or reading. The villa accommodates up to six guests and two babies, with up to two cribs and highchairs available free of charge upon request.


There is high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property and a Smart TV with international channels for cozy evenings at home. The modern kitchen includes new appliances, a large American-style refrigerator, and all essential cooking tools. A reverse osmosis filter provides drinking water, and a water-softening system throughout the house adds an extra touch of comfort for the showers.


Coffee, basic cooking essentials, and dishwasher and washing-machine capsules are provided. For beach days, everything is ready for you: towels, chairs, umbrellas, and a practical cooler.



Location


The villa is located in a quiet residential area at the foot of the Gigantes cliffs, just 2-3 minutes by car from Los Guíos Beach, the natural pools, and the harbor, which is an ideal starting point for boat trips, kayaking, or dolphin-watching tours. Supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants are nearby, making the villa a perfect base for a peaceful and comfortable holiday on the island.



Guest access


Free street parking is available right in front of the villa. The property is accessed via stairs, as it is located on the upper (second) floor and has two levels (duplex).


Check-in is normally done in person to ensure a warm welcome and proper orientation to the property. Weekly pool and garden maintenance are included.

Parties and events are not permitted. The primary guest must be at least 30 years old. Smoking is allowed only on the terraces. For added security, a camera is installed at the main entrance, along with smoke detectors and fire extinguishers inside the property.
