The room was comfortable. Found the bed to be very uncomfortable. Could also hear the guest in the other room. But all in all a very nice hotel and staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Cataleya in Zona Colonial! The hotel was charming, nice, and impeccably clean. A special shoutout to the manager, Gaby, who was extremely welcoming and made our experience even more special. Highly recommend this place!

No hot water, no top sheet, black mold at bottom of shower. In addition, some may feel that the art on the walls is inappropriate for children. The best part is the employees, they are very helpful, cheerful and considerate.

First in order to check in i had to turn around several blocks three times, after finding a parking spot about two blocks away we walked to the hotel, we check in and after a couple of hours, due to being uncomfortable with the beds, I was expecting a queen size bed and the room given was a two full bedroom Even though I tell them that it was my honeymoon the room was plain and not what I was waiting so we left and got home about 4 am to sleep better

Nice hotel with very basic small rooms. Thin walls then you can hear everything, small refrigerator is included. It’s also very safe area located near to all tourist actrations. I enjoy the breakfast which is served at La Marchanta restaurant at Colon Park. It was very nice.

A very good value close to el conde. Stairs only to upper floors. Rooms tend to be on smaller side with hot shower and cold A/C. Have stayed here before due to cost/value.

The staff was very courteous and although small the room was very clean and the bed quite comfortable. The hotel floors were extremely clean and shining and the pictures created a nice ambiance. It was a very short and enjoyable stay.

I love the room, but the pillow is thin and not thick enough. I wasn't comfortable sleeping because my neck got stiff. Also, please make sure the cleaner cleans the water tap to keep it shiny, and the window needs to be kept shiny.
