The property is located on the 1st floor and accessible by stairs.

The open-concept living area is elegantly furnished with a comfortable sofa and a TV, perfect for unwinding with your favourite shows. Large windows fill the space with natural light, while the private balcony provides a serene spot to relax and take in the stunning views.

The fully equipped kitchenette includes all the essential cookware and utensils needed to prepare delicious meals, along with a stove, oven, and microwave. For added convenience, the apartment also features a dishwasher for easy cleanup, as well as a washing machine, dryer, and ironing equipment to accommodate your laundry needs.

The bedroom boasts a plush queen-sized bed dressed in hotel-quality linens for a restful night's sleep. Additionally, the mezzanine offers an extra queen bed, providing comfortable accommodation for additional guests.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The property is located in São Vicente, on the island of Madeira, a region known for its natural beauty and unique attractions. Nearby, you will find the Miradouro da Vigia, which offers panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Additionally, the São Vicente Caves, located in the same parish, are volcanic caves formed around 890,000 years ago and have been open to the public since 1996. The area is also known for its viewpoints, providing stunning views of the ocean and the surrounding mountains.

The property is easily accessible by car.

Madeira Airport is a 50-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 4 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
