Tämä kolmen makuuhuoneen huoneisto sijaitsee Kongressin ja Broughton-kadujen välissä keskustan historiallisen alueen sydämessä. Se on täydellinen piilopaikka vierailullesi Savannahissa. Tämä ilmava, kirkas ja eklektinen tyyny on ihanteellinen niille, jotka haluavat nauttia Savannahin kukoistavasta yöelämästä.

Asut Montgomerylt�� ja ylös portaita kohti Montyä. Monty on koti sinulle, jos etsit hauskaa paikkatapaamista ystävien kanssa askeleelta baareista ja ravintoloista! Kun aurinko laskee Savannahissa, hauska on juuri alkanut. Tämän alueen vilkkaan Savannah-yöelämän ansiosta Savannahissa on paljon tekemistä pimeän jälkeen. Aivan nurkan takana sijaitseva The Rail Pub (äänesti Amerikassa sukellusbaari # 1) on hauska paikka aloittaa juomia, elävää musiikkia ja karaokea. Tee tiensä vieressä Congress Street Social Clubiin olutta ja myöhään illalla sijaitsevaa katuravintoa varten ja lopeta yösi Lulu's Chocolate Barissa makean herkuttelun tai jälkiruoka cocktailin saamiseksi. Near pick up spots for nearly all tours (carriage tours, Riverboat tours, etc), and near tons of restaurants and bars. However, with the central location comes the noise from being centrally located and next to the bars. So take the good with the bad.

The outdoor karaoke bar behind the rental was absurd. Weird situation. Total bachelor party location. I was surprised they called and asked who was in our party, because mentioning my 70 mother perhaps warrants a heads up!

Awesome location and super cute

Loved every moment of our stay—beds were comfortable, super clean and decorated cute. Would stay here again! Also, PERFECT location! Can be noisy at night but wanting to be close to all the bars/night life comes with the territory.

Location is fantastic! Place its self is great! A young person’s paradise. If you want to actually sleep not so great. Place should supply ear plugs or at least mention the noise from the bands and bars go until bar time. Then followed by the street cleaners.

Great Location and Stay

The place was clean and easy to access. Walking distance to basically everything and anything. The nightlife throughout the town is loud through 3am and this apartment is in the heart of the noise.

Best Location for access to downtown

There is downtown Savannah then there’s really really downtown. Close to everything including parking garage. This is our 2nd stay.

Nice Apartment. Great location, easy access and walking distance to all of the historic district. Not for light sleepers. Karaoke bar downstairs is pretty loud until 2am.

Great location / Loud Neighborhood

Loud, very loud. Not family friendly rental, you are living on top of a dive bar! Place needs a good cleaning. Rugs are stained, bathrooms are in need of some love and not a single room has a level floor. Yes, location is great for historic district. But unless you party until 3am this is not the place to stay.

I didn't read all the reviews before booking!

We could not stay at this house due to the noise. It is for people who can stay up until 3 AM in the morning. Do yourself a big favor, read all the reviews closely before booking, and know that you were staying in a place with loud noises ALL NIGHT.

Everything was great. Loved the location, except that there was a dive bar directly behind us that was open until three doing karaoke. Noise canceling headphones a must. Cute property. Seven women 4 days, Ran out of toilet paper. Over all very satisfied. Walked everywhere. Right next to city market. we ran out of toilet paper

Noisy but great location

The other reviews mentioning noise are completely valid. The back bedroom windows face courtyards between bars that host karaoke nights, and it gets very loud. If you’re seeking a quiet and peaceful stay, this may not be the right fit. However, if you’re planning to enjoy the local nightlife, the location is ideal—everything you need is within walking distance. The space itself was generally good, though it wasn’t as clean as I expected, and there were no extra linens provided. Overall, it served its purpose and the location is hard to beat.

overall great place

This is a yearly trip for us and we stay somewhere different everytime.Great location for walking distance of all we wanted to enjoy, as we read in the reviews it is right above a bar so it can be loud at night if you are not into the night life (fine with us because we mostly stayed out), however on sunday (when all the bars are closed) there was a really annoying thump as in a speaker all night and all morning. Also, the A/C does not go below 70 which was terrible, we woke up sweating every night. Other than that very nice home. Thank you for having us.

There were a couple issues with some minor things (blinds and TP holder) and these were addressed immediately! The place is perfectly located in the middle of everything Savannah. Scenery from our balcony of the Rail Pub was entertaining! I would stay here again, but caution those with stair challenges. The warning that nightlife noise was definitely helpful.

I had to purchase ear plugs, eye mask and sleep meds to be able to get just a little sleep at night. It is loud and bright ( only blinds, no curtains).The location is absolutely amazing. But the not being able to sleep was a deal breaker for our family.

We found molded coffee leftover in the coffee pot from a previous renter.2. One of the beds was advertised as a King Sized Bed through Airbnb. When we arrived it was a Queen Sized bed frame, with a Full Sized bed on top of that frame. Very confusing.3. No Oven Mitts. Very small inconvenience but still would have been nice to have one for cooking with the oven.Otherwise, the guys and I had a great time and the location of this property you just cannot beat. Thank you for letting us have my Bachelor Party stay here!

Long birthday weekend in Savannah!

The property management company was excellent, very responsive and easy to deal with when we needed something. The Monty was beautiful, clean and had all the amenities. Location was great for walking to River St., however the back of the house backs directly up to The Rail Bar which has an open air band stage. The noise in the loft was so loud that it was almost unbearable, we purposefully would stay out later than normal just to not have to deal with the noise. Again, if the party is where you want to be this is a great location, but if you desire any amount of sleep and relaxing in the evening you might look at another property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was great layout wise, but I had no idea the location of the flat would be right next to a karaoke bar. We stayed Thursday- Sunday and the the bedroom at the back of the flat is practically in the bar next door so you will hear EVERYTHING. Luckily the 2 rooms at the front of the flat were a little better. Don’t book this place for sleep. We had a great time going out and loved the convenience it provided to the bars but there is a trade off for convenience! Also- the TV didn’t work for half the stay and for our last night they installed a Roku system. I was a little upset for how long it took to get the TV working since you have to pay for the management of the booking.
