Staff was good. Changed rooms from first floor to second as the fridge smelled like mildew. Second floor fridge acted more like a freezer but smelled fine. Ran out of coffee both days while having breakfast… probably stay elsewhere next time for a few dollars more..

Room not clean, dust and dirt in corners of the carpeting. The mattress had stains on it, bedding not fresh, the bathroom had dirt and rust on the toilet paper holders and around the top of the under counter sink and no seal on lotion. Bathroom door damaged, faucet loose.Very disappointing. We booked here because of positive reviews. Will go back to our usual choice next time. We were too tired from traveling to make a complaint. Put towels on the bedding. Stay at your own risk.

Everyone was very kind and helpful. Overall it was a great stay. We were given an accessible room, though not specifically requested, and the shower was weird and hard to use without water running out all over the bathroom floor because the shower curtain didn't go all the way to the floor so water just splattered everywhere. Also the area to hang clothes was super short, and I had a long dress to hang, and nowhere to hang it. The detergent used for the sheets was strong smelling and gave us a slight headache and caused some congestion. We're used to hotels that use hypoallergenic or unscented detergents, so that was tricky, but we knew it was a risk when we decided to try somewhere new. Everything else was comfortable and the cleanliness was great.
