Start with as very nice. Free Breakfast was very good. Parking was surprisingly only $10 for overnight! Room was clean. My only star off was because the TV didn’t face the couch or the bed, just the o ly place that didn’t provide a seat as you could could Hear the room next door go at it very clearly. good For You!

No water offered in room and coffee maker did not work. Coffee offered in lobby, but having room option was part of our decision to stay. Balcony was a lovely view. Bed was decent and they did have down pillows. Valet was expensive at $48/night. Bathroom did not have privacy fan. TV guide did not work, so when it rained we had to blindly scroll. Bar is not really a bar and no foos except ice cream for purchase in a cooler. VERY much an "express".

Room was clean, staff pleasant. What they could do to improve would be to be blunt and honest with parking. Make it abundantly clear the options. 1. Least expensive - meter street. 2. Mid-cost option - near by parking garages. 3. On facility Valet - $48 and up. That is very expensive for someone staying overnight. Make the parking situation clear in marketing to manage expectations.
