My overall stay was good. Check-in was easy and quick. Although the elevator was out of service before our arrival, they were able to get one up and running, which was a bit concerning, but it got us to our destination without any issues. The rooftop pool was nice, but the floor it’s located on was extremely hot. Since there was only one working elevator, we had to wait in the heat for 20 minutes. I liked that the rooms featured DOVE products. Despite the technical issues we experienced that weekend, I would still recommend this property.

Only one operating elevator, as one was out of order. The other made very concerning noises, especially as it was adjacent from our room and we had to hear it all night. The TV would not operate properly, pixelating & cutting out constantly. Also Bathroom sink had NO hot water.
