I just love this hotel. I’ve stayed there twice while attending a conference instead of staying at the official conferencerr hotel. I originally chose it because it was a lot cheaper than the suggested hotel and now I will always stay there. The person who checked me in, Jennifer I think, was extremely helpful with suggesting things to do in the area and was extremely friendly and welcoming. The whole stay was great, perfect location for downtown activities, terrific restaurant on the bottom floor, and economical also. Perfect hotel for me!

First off there was no parking,which is crazy. Some other guy who came in after me got the last spot because he had more money than I did. Clearly. Then I was over charged. Expedia charged $150. At the end the hotel costed us $220. And I don't know who to contact for that issue. I do believe the people were nice and the hotel was pretty clean just why wouldn't there be parking for paying guests. How were they down to one spot that some other guy gets? We didn't even stay we left and drove back to Ellensburg because parking overnight was packed everywhere. Very bad experience.

Remodeling-still nice but some inconveniences

The Paramount was being remodeled when we visited which meant no lobby and only one elevator. Our room was still very comfortable and staff was friendly. We did end up taking the stairs 8 floors to our room to avoid a wait at the elevator, but that was our choice.

It was a wonderful experience. I was unsure if I had a parking permit or not, and they quickly accommodated me and take care of my parking situation. They did a really good job and I would recommend this hotel to anybody who enjoys a good stay.

I’ve stayed at the paramount a few times before. The experience wasn’t awful but there was full remodeling done on the main level which made check in and basic access around the hotel somewhat challenging.
