It's a good cheap place to see stay. Nothing super special nothing super bad. The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were too flat

I am currently in a dispute with Expedia and this hotel as they failed to provide the check-in instructions prior to my arrival. I got to the property well after the check-in time with no instructions whatsoever on how to get into my room. I tried contacting the property with no answer. I contacted Expedia for help and guidance; their support team assured a refund because of the hotel's lack of communication and instructions and recommended me to book another place; which I did. About 2 hours after the check-in, I got the instructions to get into my room, this was already after I had booked and checked in into another hotel. Now this crappy hotel is giving me a hard time and won't accept their negligence and poor communication and won't issue a refund. Regardless of this, the hotel is shady, and looks terrible; the pictures they have are incredibly deceiving, and not anywhere near the reality of the place.

There was no one at the property to talk to. Room had a strong cleaning smell. The hot tub was closed from the health dept. since March. There was no maid service, so our room was not cleaned, vacuumed or the sheets were not changed. We did request for new towels, we did receive those.

Very nice clean basic hotel. Close to an excellent Italian restaurant. There are some lightbulbs that need replacing, but other than that, it was pretty clean and tidy and easy to access.

I got a sweet deal on this queen room

Clean, quiet, comfortable queen bed. For the price and location this was an excellent stay. If all you need is a bed, shower and quiet space - I recommend.

They spare every expense. But the rooms serve their purpose. Mostly clean. Cheap soaps and coffee options. But good tv roku services. Small rooms. No lobby. All code access.

Excellent location. Safe, unique, quiet. Had a porch swing and outdoor grill. Most of bathroom lights burned out so couldn't see to shave or put on makeup. When called about it, 1 of 5 lights burned out replaced so better but still not acceptable. We wanted and asked for extra towel and washcloths for dishes... Never given extra. Instead replaced towels eac day but not washcloths and never gave us extra. Not responsive service and only by phone.
