There was a blood stain on the bed and our floor was sticky. The blood stain was very big and still fresh from the guest before. We didn't see it until the next morning after we woke up. We felt disgusted by it the remainder of our stay. The staff was friendly and they did reimburse us for the one night stay, but we will not stay here again.

The limited breakfast options were more of a take back to your room situation, as there's only a couple of seats available. Better than nothing, but be aware that if you're used to a hearty breakfast, you'll have to make additional plans. The room was very spacious - loved the small couch and table area and large bathroom area. Glad I was able to get a second floor room with a nice view facing Sedona. This is my third visit to the area and have preferred staying in VOC (vs. Sedona proper).

Stayed over Christmas Eve and the staff (Joe) was very nice and welcoming. Even accommodated late check out so we could do a local hike around the area. Room was as advertised and comfortable. There is a big heated pool that I unfortunately didn't see until I was checking out but would have loved to go in. Would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. I can tell you the Kokopelli Inn far exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spotless, within walking distance of many great restaurants and the staff took care of every need, with a warm and genuine smile on their face. We highly recommend this Inn to anyone who is traveling to the Sedona area, and doesn't want the crowds associated with lage resorts.
