I'm so glad my husband and I chose to stay at Kokopelli Inn in Oak Village. It is a perfect location for visiting the Sedona area. It's about a 15 minute gorgeous drive to the very busy, too busy uptown Sedona and Tlaquepaque shopping areas. The drive from Oak Village to town is a big plus not a minus, passing the entrances to several of the famous rock formations. Kokopelli Inn is a family owned, very well managed, immaculately clean property. We had a king mini suite upstairs room with a mountain view and it was lovely. It was exactly like it looks in the photos. Everything about it was just right for us. I highly recommend paying the extra money for the view rooms if you can, although staying in any of the rooms would probably be fine. A nice simple continental style breakfast is served in the lobby. 5 stars!!!!!!

I never saw any reviews that mentioned the noise levels. Between the constant car traffic, car alarms/locking beeps outside the door, and the fact that you can hear everything both next to your room and on the opposite side of the hotel makes for a horrible nights sleep. Decently clean. Very minimal options for breakfast. Watch the second floor walkway because when you walk on it you feel like you might just break through. Unfortunately wouldn’t stay here again.
