It is a newly renovated property but still has few things in the room requiring fixes. Our room’s faucet was not stable, there were ants, and carpet was not stable. Staff is extremely helpful. Room is very clean but layout of bathroom’s faucet outside the bathroom created issues during night if someone had to use bathroom and wash hands disturbing other guests. Location is very good. We didn’t use other amenities like pool and park.

Hidden Fees!!

Beware of hidden fees. When booking I knew they were going to add an additional $30/night for a pet, but they also added $22/night for a "resort fee". What was this fee for?? The breakfast that was NOT provided, the restaurant, bar and pool that were closed, the construction noise. We were told these facilities would be available by the time of our stay...they were NOT. So why are you charging a hidden fee for something you did not provide?

There are a few things to get in order like securing the in room refrigerator. I also suggest day lighting in the ice machine room. Other than that we did enjoy the stay, and would stay again and share that sentiment. It looks like a lot of work has been done. Very nice.

I booked the hotel when it was under the name Sedona Real Inn and breakfast was included. When we arrived we were told they recently switched to Mountain Modern Sedona and no longer offer breakfast AND the pool was closed. Funny as it may sound we were counting on the breakfast to help stay on budget and save time.
