The room was spotless, the only thing that I would recommend to make a deep clean is the Jacuzzi tub outside. There were some green slime around the jet rings they can do some cleaning to remove the algae growth on them. We didn't use it after seeing that around the tub jets. The afternoon tea was ok. I would rather see the leftovers (from breakfast) steam corns and potatoes for tea. I'd like to see more food and tea selections.
The buffet breakfast were amazing. The staffs were able to cook a variety of Indonesian foods daily amongst with other cuisine such as western foods and Indian foods. They were scrumptious and freshly juices are the best. The staffs were very helpful and definitely accommodating to our needs. Indah and Sugang (the guest hospitality staff spelled name?); they were very kind and super helpful for the duration of our stay. We stayed there 8 days and love every minutes of it. Hendra was also very helpful with our luggages and getting our transportation. We definitely missed it already!! From getting the transportation to the hotel to sight seeing the staffs were always there to help out.
Massage: We had our first massage at the hotel and sadly we didn't really enjoy it. The face cradle was not comfortable, when the masseuse was massaging on the shoulder, felt like she was choking me as my face pressed down into the hole and my throat was pressed against the cradle. Was really painful and it was not soft. Use softer sheet would help.
