Excellent resort with lots of areas to walk around within the resort. Despite booking "only" the standard room, it was spacious and was more than adequate and comfortable. The breakfast spread was excellent. The location of the hotel is a bit further south in Seminyak, away from the restaurants so if you want to go out, need to travel a little bit further. But it's nice and quiet and peaceful at the resort.

I can't say enough great things about Tejaprana Resort and the staff there! From start to finish, my husband and I were treated with such warmth, professionalism, and exceptional hospitality. The hotel and grounds are immaculate and gorgeous, and our room was absolutely perfect. The food was amazing, an incredible sit-down breakfast menu, available FREE everyday with our stay. The staff is unmatched - they are welcoming and genuine and so attentive to our every need. Our driver Dika went above and beyond for us, it was like having a personal tour guide! I would absolutely love to come back and highly recommend if you are going to Ubud!

We stayed for five nights in a one bedroom villa and every aspect of the hotel exceeded our expectations. The villa was impeccably appointed — spacious, elegantly decorated, and with stunning views of our private pool. Every detail, from the high-thread-count sheets to the marble bathroom, spoke of understated opulence. What truly set our stay apart was the exceptional butler service. Our butler, Pras, was the epitome of professionalism and warmth. The whole staf made us feel completely cared for without ever being intrusive.

Hotel Indigo was such an amazing place to stay - right on the beach, close to shops, taxis and restaurants, plus the hotel itself is luxurious and exquisite, inside and out (beautiful rooms, pools, and beautiful landscaping). We were blown way with every aspect of our stay at the Indigo. Everything from the service, the checkin, the food, room and attentiveness of staff was nothing short of 5 Star. The overall experience had been carefully curated and meticulously crafted. All the staff were super friendly and always trying to go above and beyond. The food was top quality, excellent buffet and choices including modern considerations for allergies and a references. We loved the secret pool for adults, very peaceful and tranquil. Cocktails were wonderful. Pool pillows were a nice touch. Rooms were super cozy. Well appointed, modern and tasteful design. Loved the walk in wardrobe space to keep clothes tidy. Even room service was top notch, fast and served in decent ceramic containers. Cafe coffee was excellent, proximity to the beach. Literally everything flawless. Stayed at many other 5 stars and high ends for comparison and the Indigo is definitely my favourite so far. We’ll be back!

Beautiful hotel with very friendly and attentive staff. Great gym, great buffet breakfast, relaxing pool areas, great facilities. Didn’t use the spa. Beds are very comfortable. Rooms are well planned and spacious. Only very minor improvement point is that the seating in dining areas could be a little more comfortable. We had an amazing time, thank you so much Indigo!

This was our first trip to Bali, and we wanted it to be perfect. After doing copious amounts of research and reading countless reviews, we chose Hotel Indigo. From the minute we were greeted at the entrance and escorted to reception where welcome drinks awaited, we immediately knew we had made the right choice. The staff were warm, personable, and attentive. We felt genuinely welcome all throughout our stay. The room blew us away. It was much larger than depicted in the online photos and far more comfortable than any hotel room has a right to be. It was thoughtfully appointed with everything we could want or need. From the daybed on the balcony and the large shower with rain head fixtures to the ample walk-in closet and the supremely comfortable bed, we felt like visiting royalty. The buffet breakfast was the best we’ve ever had. So many choices and everything prepared perfectly. We had dinner every night at the hotel – why go offsite when everything was so wonderful? The outside areas – pool, gardens, and beach – were beautiful. The surrounding area was easily walkable and felt very safe and the hotel was far enough off the main road that we weren’t bothered by noise from the many clubs and restaurants. If we had any complaints at all, it would be that we didn’t stay long enough. Hands down out of all the hotels we’ve stayed at around the world, Hotel Indigo is the best! We can’t wait to return!
