In the exteriors of this impressive villa you will find all the comforts you can imagine, such as a salt swimming pool with dimensions of 12mx5m and a depth range from 0.2m to 1.8m, which will be ideal for cooling off after sunbathing on the wonderful sun loungers available. The little ones can swim in the shallow area or run and play on the huge terrace. A delicious barbecue can be prepared and enjoyed together in the outdoor dining area while enjoying the warm Mediterranean climate. The villa, being located in the countryside, has no direct neighbours, so you have total privacy.

Inside the one-storey house, you will find a modern dining room with AC, and satellite TV, so you can enjoy the best programmes without sacrificing maximum comfort. The kitchen, with ceramic hob, has all the necessary utensils for you to cook in comfort. When it's time to sleep, you can choose any of the 3 bedrooms available, all equipped with AC and fans. Two of them have a double bed and one has two single beds and an en suite bathroom with shower. Two separate bathrooms with shower complete the stay. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are at your disposal. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.

The villa is located in Ses Salines, in the south of Mallorca. Via the road from the property you will quickly reach Colonia de Sant Jordi and the surrounding beaches, such as Platja des Port, which has several services such as restaurants, bars and shops nearby. It is the ideal place to spend a family day at the beach with the little ones. If you want more privacy, you can explore Platja d'es Carbó, Cala En Tugores, Es Trenc or Es Caragol, which are natural beaches, with fine, white sand and crystal clear waters, some of which are only accessible on foot. A good alternative is to take a boat trip to Cabrera, or visit the museum dedicated to the history, fauna and flora of this island, which is located in Colonia de Sant Jordi. If you want a nice souvenir, in the shops of Ses Salines you will find the most famous salt in the Mediterranean (Sal d'Es Trenc), with different flavours such as pink or olive.

AC is available during these hours: from 20:30 to 08:00 in the bedrooms and from 14:00 to 22:00 in the dining room. The use outside these hours entails an additional surcharge.
There are two small dogs on the property that always stay outside, as well as hens and a rooster. The owner will come daily to feed them. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 3 cars.
