Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with showers; one bedroom has a double bed measuring 1.60 x 1.90 m, while the other has two single beds measuring 0.90 x 1.90 m each.

Padre Marchena Street is one of the quietest in the city center and the Arenal area, known for its exclusive homes and safe environment. Nearby you’ll find numerous bars, well-known restaurants, small shops, and two supermarkets. Major landmarks such as the Cathedral, Alcázar, and Giralda are just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment.
