This lovely one-bedroom apartment is located on the iconic Feria Street, one of the most historic and authentic areas of Seville.
Upon entering, you will find a bright living room featuring a comfortable 135 cm sofa bed, Smart TV, and a dining table for four. From the living room, you can access a cozy interior patio with a table for two, perfect for enjoying Seville’s pleasant weather.
The kitchen, adjacent to the living room, is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay. At the end of a hallway, you’ll find the bedroom with a double bed and an adjacent full bathroom with a shower.
Feria Street is known for its picturesque and traditional atmosphere, making it one of the most authentic neighborhoods in the historic center of Seville. In recent years, it has experienced significant growth, becoming one of the city’s most exclusive and sought-after areas.
The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests.
