Tiana neighborhood

This location is superb. Steps from the river, the mercado and the vibrant Tiana nightlife district. Also easy walking distance to the Cathedral District. Unit was clean comfortable and reasonably equipped. The location alone would demand serious consideration for a future stay. Owners were very responsive and accommodating.

Great apartment in a wonderful location

Everything at the property was clean and in good working condition. The listing is very accurate. We really enjoyed the location and the neighborhood. Close to the market and good dining options and a short walk over the bridge to the city center. We enjoyed the the activities at church next door during the start of Lent. Quite a spectacle to view from our balcony!

Basic Apartment In Nice Neighborhood

Second floor apartment was clean and very basic. Great location. Pictures were realistic. Check in/ Check out process was not very good. Self check in at a luggage hold office and then drag your suitcase over cobble stone streets for a few blocks. I suspect that noise on the street would irritate the locals

We stayed here for 8 nights because of the Seville Marathon. It is a lively street next to a popular church (Capilla de los Marineros) and above a bar, but quiet at night. Close to the city and easy to park your bicycle. The apartment is big enough for two, four may be a bit crowded. The shower is fine and the bed firm. The sofa is not really comfortable, the cushions tend to drop out because it is a sofa bed. PArking a car is not easy, but there is en free carpark near the park (Los Principes). Sometimes there is someone walking around helping you to park (you have to give him a few euros).

El apartamento en si reunia unas condiciones bastante idoneas limpieza confort, etc, salvo algun pequeño detalle, como la falta de una repisa en la habitacion a imagen de una mesita d noche, para poder dejar objetos, como el movil, reloj etc. y lo que si encontre el baño muy pequeño, y la ducha,tenias que ir con mucho cuidado, para que el agua no se saliese del plato al ducharte, y moje el suelo y el marco de la puerta, ya deteriorado .

L’appartement est assez bien situé pour visiter et propre. Malheureusement l’immeuble est très très bruyant (aspirateur des voisins à 2h du mat, 4h du mat, portes claquées sans cesse..) et il est placé juste au dessus d’un bar qui fait également du bruit jusqu’à 2h environ. Il manquait du nécessaire pour cuisiner ou manger (sel périmé, pas d’huile pour cuisiner…), et quelques trucs à améliorer comme les étagères branlantes ou le volet de droite qui ne se referme pas avec la lanière. Dur à la chaleur, la salle de bain était remplie de fourmi. Pas adapté pour venir avec un enfant s’il y a une poussette.

appartement idéal avec balcon, quartier vivant à 15 mn du Centre Sévilla.

Dans un quartier ancien et vivant , prés du Guadalquevir, tout est à proximité : le marché de Triana tous les matins, les petits restos authentiques et les musées du Centre à 15 mn à pied. Génial ! Au 2 éme étage l'appartement offre lumière et propreté rien à redire. Les 2 chambres sont pratiques pour un couple et un enfant ou jeune adulte. Attention : des travaux d'aménagement au rez de chaussée de l'immeuble ont débuté à notre arrivée.

L'appartement est situé au 2ème étage sans ascenseur d'une rue vivante et très agréable du quartier Tirana, proche à pied du centre historique de Séville. Il est juste refait à neuf et est très calme.Le seul bémol : si vous venez en voiture, il est très difficile de trouver une place de parking gratuite ( les parkings souterrains sont chers!).
