Good location for tourists. It's just you need to aware that the road is very narrow if you are visiting with car. Parking spot is extremely tight. We managed to park Citroen C5 at the end but nothing bigger than mid siZe SUV will fit the space. Hotel itself was great and satisfied. Hotel staff was nice and helpful. She could speak English and some Japanese!

Amazing location in the Santa Cruz neighborhood. Amazing staff, they we’re kind and very helpful. The apartment is nice but a showed a little wear and tear. Not a deal breaker because who can stay indoors in Sevilla during a beautiful spring day?

The apartment is first class. It is very large and modern. There is a full kitchen and separate bedroom with king size bed. The bathroom is also large and modern. Anna met us at check in. She is delightful and speaks English very well. Overall our ecpectations were exceeded.

Very cool place in the heart of Seville, very accommodating for our family and 24 hour parking near by. Driving there is a bit stressful with the tight roads but if you drive to the 24 hour parking lot first then walk over to the hotel it’s not that bad depending on how much luggage you have.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Palacio La Casa Blanca. When checking in, they noticed my birthday was the next day and sent up a lovely bottle of wine and snacks for us. The room was set up well and we had everything we needed. The only thing we can note, which is out of the control of the property (or most hotels, for that matter), is that you will not get a good night’s sleep during periods of business if you are a light sleeper. The windows are great for keeping out most of the street sounds, but not the sounds of loud, drunk, inconsiderate, American tourists who shout their conversations in the wee morning hours. You will also hear the bells of the many churches in the surrounding area, including the one across the street. We were unbothered by the church bells and preferred them to the US spring breakers. If you want a clean, reasonably quiet (under normal conditions), well-appointed place to stay that is conveniently close to the sights and many activities Sevilla has to offer, including nuns selling lively baked goods, we highly recommend Casa Palacio La Casa Blanca. If you like friendly, professional, informative, and thoughtful hotel staff, stay here. Should we have the good fortune to come back to Sevilla, we will be checking availability at Casa Palacio La Casa Blanca first.

Wonderful staff, location and amenities. Might suggest additional upholstered arm chair to sit in to not have to open and close sofa bed to sit comfortably. We had a wonderful stay at this charming, unique property. The apartment was beautiful and fully equipped with modern appliances. We enjoyed the comfort of having our own kitchen and a lovely private balcony. The location was perfect walking distance to everything. The concierges were superb and helped us arrange excursions to Cordoba and the must-see Italica Roman ruins! Would return in a heartbeat!

Just lovely

We loved the location of the apartment situated in the middle of a lovey neighborhood and close to the cathedral and many more places in the historical center. The building is beautiful and the view from the terrace, unique. The apartment is spacious, nicely decorated, clean and very comfortable. It has a lot of character with beautiful windows and balcony. The entrance has a beautiful wooden door. If we return to Seville, that will be our choice.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Always easily accessible and responsive. The apartment was spacious for our family of 4 . It’s in the heart of the cultural district and 4-6 minutes from the Cathedral, Alcázar palace, Girardo tower. Excellent restaurant choices around and a 15 minute walk to Plaza Espana. There is a 24 hr parking garage nearby. Loved this place and plan to stay there again.

TERRIBLE Don't expect to to sleep if you book this

Terrible stay. The suite is connected directly to the lobby via window and the bed is on the same wall as two heavy entry doors to the building. My kids didn't sleep at all. The sofa bed creaks every time they move and the nonstop banging of the entry door shakes their bed and the master bedroom my wife and I are in. When I raised the issue with the owner they make excuses that it is a travel apartment, that I should have known where the suite is located and made no effort to rectify the issues. The problem is that they deflect without addressing the issues. Stay far away from this one as you might end up in the same room with no support from Hotels.com (they did nothing thus far).

Great location, walkable to all major attractions, with cultural charm at the property. The only point to knock off a star because the shower was leaky and the sink would fill up a bit. They were proactively communicating to ensure we have everything ready (crib, sofa bed, etc) before we arrived.

We had a lovely stay in the deluxe apartment. The staff is so helpful and friendly. Our apartment was totally modern, but the building has the charm of an historic property (moorish tiles, marble floors, etc.) Spotlessly clean. There is a washing machine available also, which made our stay much easier. Highly recommend this place.

Apartment was in a great location for sightseeing and not far from the Sevilla-Santa Justa train station, apartment was large with lots of windows & a balcony to enjoy the fresh Sevilla air, front desk reception very helpful @ friendly but the only negative was the constant noise during the night when one is trying to relax, workers and people loud on the wee hours of the night!
