El apartamento dispone de salón comedor con cocina totalmente equipada, amplio dormitorio con vistas. Su dormitorio, con cama dosel, guarda entre sus muros el recuerdo de la noche en la que el Rey San Fernando durmió en esa misma estancia antes de recoger las llaves de la ciudad.
