Location is good and check-in process went smooth. Room has bad smell which stayed hours after we checked in. Had to request for a room freshener that came next day. They don't have a 24hr room service or front desk. Only available between 10 to 6.
Also, the response from staff was rude and unreasonable after they came to service the smell and other issues we noticed. We only asked if they had bar soap instead of liquid soap and here is what they replied. This is very rude customer service
"Hello, good morning. housekeeping service told me you asked for solid soap and shampoo, change towels and throw the rubbish.
we usually do the cleaning of the apartment 3 days after the arrival. This is an apartment, not a hotel room. If you need domething specific like shampoo o solid soap you will need to buy it int the nearest supermarket available. the liquid soap we have in the apartment is soap and shampoo at the same time."
My response to them:
"I was asking not demanding. Sorry don't appreciate you reminding me this is not a hotel. We stayed in similar serviced apartment places earlier and have had all these services. Also, I didn't ask to throw the rubbish, they offered it."
