They had just "shampooed" the carpet in our room and had to pull the dryer out just as we were arriving. There was so much Dog Hair all over that got onto our clothes. I am traveling for business and will be looking for places to stay that don't allow dogs.

The staff was absolutely top notch and super friendly. They addressed issues quickly and positively and felt like old friends by the time we checked out. They provided fast, appropriate documentation to submit regarding a dispute with Expedia. Will definitely stay here in the future and will recommend to others.
